And it is possible to smoke occasionally. For the past 8 years, I go through a pack every 2-3 weeks or so, one cig every couple of days, usually after dinner or lunch.

In all seriousness, I started smoking 2 years ago and would give anything to stop. I'm in the middle of another round of trying to quit right now, and even with the snus, it's hard.

Yes, I know you get a buzz when you start smoking. That buzz doesn't last. Only the habit lasts, and it's not fun.

There really isn't a good reason to pick up such a habit, take it from me.

Before I quit and went the E-Cigarette way, I smoked Camel Wides, and one time the gas station I went to were out of mine, and had a buy one get one on the crush, as a smoker for many years I can say they were quite the nastiest smoke I ever had. Try, if your going to smoke, Camel Wide Menthols, very smooth and a better smoke then any other brand, and I tried them all over the years, wouldnt smoke nothing but after I tried a pack that was also buy one get one.

But then you can take up smoking e-cigarettes, and depending on the maker can get them in all kinds of different flavors and then your inhaling nothing but the drug and water vapor, and can smoke it anywhere you please for there is no "smoke" at all, or ashes. Going this route I can get 10 "packs" of smokes for little under $6. Made a thread in the HD section i you care to read up more on this. And since I quit and started this, I tried one real cigarette and it was nasty as all get out, wont ever go back.

Not that I advocate real cigs over e-cigs but the actual smoke is one of the reasons I like cigs every once in a while. I don't know how to explain it but I tried e-cigs once (not that I am a heavy smoker, I go through a pack in 2-3 weeks) and they did nothing for me 🙂

Bastards at Camel dropped their Turkish Jade line. They were my favorite.

All that remains in the Camel line is "menthol" now.

Don't they still make Signature Frost? I really liked the Turkish Jades, only tolerable Menthols I've ever smoked. Wide Menthol Lights aren't bad, but I think they've been discontinued; every convenience store I can find them at has the old packaging and they all have 50% off coupons taped to them (from Camel). I bought a pack once and they were stale as hell.

Yup, more Turkish tobacco in them vs. regular Camels (something like half Virignia half Turkish). I used to smoke Camel Lights, when they changed the packaging they also nerfed the formula, they taste like acetone now.

Fuck smoking, I need to quit. I need more stamina in the goal 🙁
