Came across a 2010 Ford SVT Raptor

Just browsing the FS ad's and came across a 2010 Ford SVT Raptor asking $23k. It has 21k miles on it is all and looks amazing. The seller claims buyers remorse and just wants to get out of the payments and gas costs.

Can this be real? The price seems absurdly cheap. The seller location is near my dad's house and he said he's seen this raptor before. I'm seeing these go for like $35k on ebay with 75k miles.
 
Seems too good to be true. He is asking 1/2 what that truck is worth. Any dealer/Carmax) would cut him a check for $30K+ all day any day if the car has a clean title with no wrecks.

Worth checking out if you have the time to waste, but don't get your hopes up.

This. For the price, it sure can't hurt to check it out, if you have the time. If it IS truly in the condition the seller is stating, it will not last long...

I wonder if there might be water/flood damage or something not collision-related that might be an issue. Definitely check for corrosion or signs of something 'off' with the truck.
