I didn't see a video of it, but I read the game recap....he didn't hit the coach, he went to hit someone from the other team and van gundy tried to stop him and accidentally got hit.
 
lol I like when people use the term "we"....btw, Knicks r goin all the way this year. Recently beat 3 of the 4 division leaders. 9-1 over past 10 games(don't knnow what happened against the Rockets). Allan Houston....best ever. 🙂
 
lol there's that "we" again 🙂 I think that they should have Camby play center, as Longly just plain isn't good. They started Camby in center when Ewing was injured in the playoffs before, why not now?
 
The Knicks will win if they keep the tempo of the game fast and that's exactly what Patrick was NOT letting them do. Don't get me wrong I like Ewing but he is not suited for the type of game the Knicks play now. Camby is money if he can keep under control which is what he didn't do today, but did you see the Portland game?
 
OMFG....how could you guys bag on Camby? He's a rebounding powerhouse!!


This is how it all went down:

Player elbows Camby
Camby gets FUUUURIOUS
Camby is restrained
Player keeps makes odd remarks
Camby goes after Player(keep sayin player cause the dude's a no name!!)
Van Gundy jumps in between Camby's flying fist and the player
Van Gundy accidentally gets head butted by Camby


Camby is usually a really calm person. It takes a lot to tick him off. The dude just pissed him off, Van Gundy was being the good coach and tried to break it up. didn't work and Camby will pay the price due to that player's ignorance. Camby should've stayed calm, but that player just aggravated the situation.


Me loves Camby. Me wishes the Nuggets had Camby.
 
Van Gundy is what, 0-for-2 in breaking up fights? Remember him holding on to Alonzo's leg? ROFL!

And let's not forget VG's car at the airport!!! Ever see a Civic fly? 🙂
