Another, hope you're kidding. Good Friday, Yom Kippur, Christmas, etc...
If you're interested, here's the current Cambridge Academic Calendar - http://www.cpsd.us/web/PubInfo/CPS_Academic_Calendar_10-11.pdf
I should care why?
Where I went to high school, they acknowledge like one or two Jewish holidays a year. They still do it up until last year. I remember because they moved one of my brothers football games from like Friday to Thursday to honor it.
You shouldn't but you're also not ignorant.
If they kept all other holidays as their religious names (i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc) I wouldnt have a problem with this.
Easter is not a Christian holiday now, and never was. Christmas never was either until Christianity after the fall of Rome decided to incorporate Pegan Holidays as their own to get the Pegans to convert over.
Good Friday is a Christian only holiday though that has been a traditional school holiday though.
