Looks like a Ford LTD II wagon circa 1985.

EDIT: closer inspection reveals it may be a Zypher or Fairmont wagon.

I'm surprised nobody clued in on this yet... it's a Ford Fairmont Wagon.

The Fairmont was the "Edsel" that preceded the Fox body Mustang, being the first car Ford built on the Fox chassis (much like the original Mustang was built on the failed Edsel assembly line).
Looks like someone didn't read the previous posts.

Locally, there's an Astro van that runs single digits in the quarter. It's got a rather healthy large displacement small block in it rumored to have quad digit power figures.

Fixed.

Timing shows you were in before I posted, I should have quoted you in my post though... because I don't remember seeing that originally.

Lay down that back seat in the back and you have a perfect place to get it on. Wagons are the stuff....just need to tint the windows and backglass real dark. 😉

that wagon isn't stock for obvious reasons, the camaro probably is tho. Maybe the guy in the camaro had no idea what he was doing either

whatever the reason, that was funny 😀

With a test and tune run it doesn't matter who you run against. You're just there to see what your car can do in the quarter. Seeing the results on your slip from the guy next to you is an added bonus though.

FYI: they are running the eighth, not the quarter. Looks like the Fairmont did it in roughly a little over 7 seconds (from about 16 to 23 on the video time). Which means probably at around 100 mph. A very respectable time that would probably amount to about a 10 second quarter mile time at roughly 130 mph. I'd say 500-600 hp.
