cam feed in flash format

do you know any software to accomplish this?

I have a webcam on my winxp machine and would like to broadcast it over the web on a webpage. I have a domain as well so I want to publish the feed on cam.php / .html

I would prefer it be in flash format since most people have flash installed on their computer already.
