Calling Trump legitimate while calling Obama illegitimate

It is kind of interesting to see some people saying that “We should accept Trump as President” because these type of people have been calling Obama basically an illegitimate president for the past 8 years. They have been calling him a Muslim, a traitor, a non-citizen and basically a person who should not have been president. These types of attacks have been constant against Obama for the past 8 years.

One of the main reason these people are so against Obama is because he is not a white man and not for the other reasons we see. Since being overtly racist is the worst thing one can do nowadays for their public image, these people have been attacking Obama endlessly in other ways. These types of attacks are not necessarily associated with being racist so their credibility isn't hurt much. Trump played into these types of attacks immediately after Obama won and so did many of these so-called “right wingers.”

I don't think any of these presidents that the sheep elect actually do any good or work in the favor of the public so it doesn't really matter. But it's sort of interesting to see hypocrisy among people. How they excuse one side but not the other; how they give a free pass to one group but not to another. Of course, hypocrisy has been mankind's greatest trait besides violence and hatred.

So now we have a white man as US president once again and it seems like we're repeating the same cycle once again. The hypocrites who support Trump will make excuses for him being legitimate while they have been calling Obama a traitor, a Muslim, a this or that. Also, these people will excuse Trump's behavior, actions and way of living and claim he is a Christian. In what way is this person a so-called Christian? And if he were, how is that type of behavior and way of living better than any so-called nonbeliever?

By the way, what if Obama is a Muslim? He isn't in any way a Muslim but what if he was? Does that make him illegitimate? Is it because he has “Hussein” in his name? Oh right, that must make him a definite Muslim. It is also interesting to hear some people always call Obama “Barack Hussein Obama.” They always emphasize the word “Hussein” to showcase how Muslim he really is. There are photoshopped images of Obama in various Muslim attire. Yes, that must definitely make him a Muslim.

Also, how can any of these people who have been personally attacking Obama for 8 years prove any of the nonsense they spew? Of course they can't but if you repeat the same stuff over and over again, it becomes true to some people. (Obama is not any better than Trump or any of these other lying politicians but at least he spoke with respect and used his words carefully. He also did not elect a cabinet full of elites and billionaires though he continued America's imperialism abroad and killed a lot of innocents.)

It doesn't really matter what puppet is in the White House. Obama and Trump serve other masters besides the American people so in the end, this is all just fluff. But it is still interesting to watch the hypocrisy and the lies that accompany it. History repeats itself in new ways because people are always led astray. When they are not following one lying politician, they are following another all the while believing that they are changing the crooked system.

Most revealing is that the GOP regulars (and self-proclaimed "independents") can be counted on to provide cover for the racists while reliably ranting instead about centrist democrats and RINOs. Mystery solved what the actual political alliances here are.

Black guy from Chicago who want to Harvard and was a senator of state for a while and ran on a campaign of truth and hope: illegitimate from the get go

White guy with no viable qualifications but has widespread markedly secretive global financial interests that he has refused to reveal to anyone and whose regime is being actively propped up by the Kremlin: totally legitimate from the get go
