Hey, im going to be attending UTA next semester and was wondering if anyone on this forum attended as well. Im talking about UT Arlington not Austin.

I attended UT-Dallas but had a few friends who went to Arlington. Anything you want to know in particular?

There isnt anything i want to know in particular. Maybe i could get some tips on which professors to get but im just mainly hoping to meet a few of you guys.

Hey Linux i am curious, how is the weather there? I hate the houston weather i am stuck with for now. Keeps hitting 95+ here and its freaking humid most of the time.

The weather sucks, but it's not as bad as houston.

You live in texas lol the weather is just bout the same everywhere in texas unfortunately yea its pretty humid during the summer especially after ALL the rain we recently had.

dude, don't work on campus, work for UPS. You work 3-4 hours a night, 5 nights a week. You get paid like $9/hour, full benefits and they give you $3000/year for school. Best job ever. The commute is maybe 25 minutes from campus. (up at DFW airport). You can usually find a recruiter inside the University Center (It'll probably be either Beverly or Eric), if you're interested.
