I recently acquired a board that wouldn't POST. I tried it with known good RAM and CPUs (two diff't ones), known good video card and onboard video, and known good PSU, out of the case on a wood surface to eliminate groundouts. Unless I've missed something, I think the BIOS chip needs to be reprogrammed. It's a PLCC chip (square one in a socket), so if you know what a hot-swap BIOS flash is and are willing to help out, please let me know! I'm in the Chicago area and could visit later today or tomorrow.
UPDATE: I got the BIOS chip flashed successfully, but the board still doesn't POST, so I'm returning it.
