Calling Network Engineers: clients cannot see an ip\website

Basic story: switched to a new server and since then people have reported not being able to connect to the site... at all. As if the IP never existed. I've obtained some [L=traceroutes]http://www.downloadanime.org/ip.txtL] and they all seem to end around the same ip's .. I've emailed support but no definite help or answer. DNS records check out OK, and im sure 99% of the people can see it fine, but the other 1% cannot. So before I ask support again, I was wondering if any you have any comments or observations. Thanks.

works for me...are the people who aren't able to connect in the same physical area? I wonder if it's a problem with the DNS server in that area

I can connect from central california. can't it take 24-48 hours for DNS to propogate all over the country?

not the same area, one was on sbc dsl houston, another tampa, FL rr; another MN rr, and another in canada

I've seen this problem with one of the forums I visit. At first I thought they had banned me somehow. You won't like this answer, but it's not you. It's the route your users take and where it times out. How are you going to fix it? Just wait it out.
