If they fire you claiming cause, even after you give 2 weeks notice, then they'll have to cash you out in full pre-payroll and you could file for unemployment. If you're sick, you're sick. Some companies have the policy that you must work your entire two weeks or you will be fired. Probably best to use the sick days then turn in two weeks if possible.
