Calling i815E owners...Memory Bandwidth tweaking?

Having 345 MB/s FPU 305 MB/s ALU measured by Sandra 2001 is low! I am using a Intel D815EEA board with Mushkin REV 2 PC133. I am using a 667EB PIII. On my A7V I was obtaining 577 MB/s FPU 558 MB/s ALU. What tweaks should I do to get my PIII system up to speed?
On a side note, I am very happy with the setup and stability of the board.

I just built a system for a relative & using the msi 815E motherboard, I got 307/347 memory scores in sandra2001. So don't think it's too bad, I have tried every setting I could to get the highest possible score. I am using the crucial 128mb pc133 cas2, in the bios, I set all the memory speed to 2 & 6/8, I also tried 5/7 but made no differience in the score. Another strange thing is, I'm running the cpu at the default 100mhz fsb & in the advanced chipset option, it allows me to set the memory speed to 133mhz but when I bootup, it still shows as 100mhz for both cpu fsb & memory speed. I get 373/455 for my memory scores using my apollo pro 133a chipset, wish I brought a apollo pro 133a chipset for my relatives system. The only reason I brought them the 815e was because they didn't plan on getting a videocard so I decided to buy a motherboard with one built in, now they brought my tnt2 ultra, if I knew they were going to buy my videocard, I would have brought them the aopen ax34 pro II motherboard instead.

Thanks for your input. I hope that there is a solution that can boost memory bandwidth. I am still searching...

The i815E chipset is known for its particularly low Sandra memory bandwidth benchmarks. You can try H.Oda's WPCREDIT and tweak it a bit, although I haven't heard of stellar results.

That score seems awful low for PC-133. I remember in the beginning when I didn't have 4-way bank interleaving enabled in the BIOS I got around 300ish in Sandra. After I turned on 4-way bank interleaving I got around 500ish in Sandra. Big boost!

My 550E @ 825MHz(150MHz FBS) on a Abit SE6 benches 413/491 wich is a little lower than the 1G KT Athlon rig they list. I run the 4/4/4 FBS option and Mushkin Mossel rev 1.5 at 2/2/2.
I think running the fastest FBS possible are the best way boost mem scores but you need to OC the processor to do this.

I get 453/527 on my CUSL2-C with Mushkin rev 3.

jimmygates- how do you tell if 4-way bank interleaving is enabled?

453/527 is a decent memory benchmark! Does the i815 automatically pick up CAS2 RAM or do you have to specify in BIOS?
