Calling all Virginia residents! Wine tasting suggestions?

I'm winding up a LONG work trip with a Saturday visit with a friend, and we're planning to go wine tasting. I'm in Reston, she's in DC.

For one day, looking for great wine and food, what would you recommend?

The best views.. usually have live music on weekends.

My favorite so far in Virginia are near Shenadoah. They are Grey Ghost and Narmada and they are in the Northern region very close to each other.
