after 30+ years of at least a pack a day... i am trying to cut down to the point where i could quit. I am down to less that 1/2 a pack a day now.

go karenmarie! I smoked.. way too much.. for.. lessee.. I'm 49.. 29 years.. but I'll be 2 years quit, on the 15th. it's amazing how liberating it is.
