Calling all Raleigh ATers!! Need recommendation for good, cheap haircut

My gf is out of the country and I need to get a haircut; its getting bad, LOL. I don't wanna spend a lot of money ($20 max for the cut itself), but I hate it when morons screw up my simple 'doo. I would appreciate any & all recommendations, thanks!!

We actually did get a little trimmer kit cheap on eBay and it works well for what I need (very simple haircut). But as I said the gf is out of the country and things are getting desperate

Hey, there's a good place in Chapel Hill if you want to go there. Good barbershop called Eastgate Barber Shop. You'll never want to go anyplace else. $16 for a haircut and hilarious barbers.
