Calling All P5B Deluxe + Tuniq Tower Owners!

First of all, does anyone have their tuniq installed on this motherboard so that it actually blows out air towards the exhaust fan?

Second, if this is even possible, how can I get mine to do that?

Would it require me to take the sticky mounted thing off the back and place it on there a different way?

Is that even possible without damaging the motherboard?

My tuniq is currently sucking air from the bottom of the case and blowing up towards the PSU, and I think that might be affecting my temps a little. If I could get it in line with my FM121 airstream, I think the temps would lower a bit.

I have the P5W DH Deluxe and the Tuniq Tower. I hope/think that the issue you're talking about is the same I went through.

In short: you can turn the Tuniq Tower whichever way you want - the feet of the cooler are square so it can go in any direction - with the fan either vertical or horizontal (I have a stand-up box [Antec P180], by the way).

I first had the tower installed with the fan on the horizontal (blowing air upwards) which made the fan produce horrifying noises. I switched the cooler around having the fan vertically (blowing air out the back) and it's all good and well.

To determine the fan's direction (which way it blows air), you can simply look at the side that has the sticker... nevermind that - I can never remember that rule. Most sure way would be to plug it and see which way it blows out, but if you, like me, doesn't have that possibility, you can pull out the fan assembly (the black metal/plastics thing that holds the fan inside the cooler), unscrew the assembly, pull out the fan, and, in one of the sides of the fan you should have 2 arrows pointing the directions of rotation and airflow. From there is just an exercise of figuring it out which way the fan should go in the assembly in order for it to blow air out the back.
