Calling all online banking addicts

StageLeft

No Lifer
I am an online banking addict. I have a total of 5 financial accounts across 4 different banks or institutions and I check 4 of them at least once a day and then the other one every few days. Help!

Hurray for Online Banking!!!! No need to lift your ass from the chair, everything at the tip of the fingers 😀

I love the fact that you can check all of your transactions in an instant. No more pushing endless buttons on the phone 🙂

Spend all you're money and then you won't want to look anymore.
Or if you're poor like me you have to check to see which account currently needs funds to cover bills, course I've only got 3 bank accounts which is still kinda nuts since I have more debts than cash. I am planning on closing the oldest one but that requires redoing a couple direct debits etc. The newer account is better (no fee, overdraft protection, closer bank machine etc.), the 3rd is US$.

LOL, pretty sad when the phone is too much work, but I totally agree. A couple days ago I tried phoning to check transactions and entered the Internet pw went to check and retry get transferred to an operator and he asks for 2 letters from pw, so I'm like uh i'll get back to you, click.
I do sometimes hate machines though -- 5 minutes later push 5 for the third time etc.

I recently got a mailer from Chase, wherein you can access all your online accounts from one page -- You probably have to have a Chase account or credit card to use it -- I don't know if I trust them though.

Sheesh I only have 1.

Overall I've had about 10 online bank accounts though, only because those banks were offering me $50, $75 or $100 free just to open an account, which I later closed and received the bonus $ via disbursement check.

So far $500 plus in free money just for opening a bank account.

Is this just a bragging thread or do you have some sort of delima? What exactly is there to check? Im not even going to mention (at this time) any online financial activities, but I cant imagine what there is to check so frequently.

....Yep, this is a bragging thread 😉
