Calling all Northwood overclockers at 133 fsb with Rdram

What type of Rimms are you using? Brand, # of devices, and where did you get it from? What tops speeds are you able to achieve? Markings would help if you have them accessible.
 
I have 4 sticks of Samsung 128's that will do over PC1100. Getting them wasn't easy. All 4 of these sticks single sided and are marked 128/8. I'm assuming the /8 indicates the number of individual memory chips underneath the heat spreader. Other Samsung 128's can be labeled 128/4 and I tried about 6 pairs of them and none of them would even do PC1066.

Finding a web vendor which would be able to tell which type they have in stock may be difficult at best. You might want to buy local and see if you can determine what you are getting first hand.

Googlegear.com has two versions of Samsung RDRAM. 16 device, and 8 device. The 16 device is rumored to OC better than the 8 device sticks.
 
Googlegear 16 Device Samsung 256MB currently at 133x4 with 12 hours of Prime 95 Toture Test ran. Tried 140x4 and got data corruption, 2.4ghz is fine by me!

For others that can't do the math...

A single-sided Samsung 128Mb module with 8 devices is the same as a double-sided Samsung 256Mb stick with 16 devices, because it's twice as much as much memory. The only real difference is that the 256Mb stick has memory on both sides instead of one...so it produces a bit more heat.

Neither the single-sided 128Mb module with 4 devices, nor the single-sided 256Mb stick with 8 devices...will overclock as well as those above.
 
I have 4 sticks of RDRAM. Two of them are Corsair 128 mb 4 device stuff and these won't go above 110 mhz. The other two are Samsung 128 mb/8 and will do 133 mhz (haven't tried higher yet). I bought the Samsung sticks from memorysuppliers.com. The Corsair came from NewEgg.
 
I'm using 2-256MB Double sided (16device) from Googlegear, it been running 4X133 (PC1066) for over a week now, no vrimm mods, no crashes, Sandra mem benches at 3300+. (haven't tried higher, my machine flies now, will wait until I'm bored again)
I bought the 16 device after reading a lot of forums where people said that it would OC better. It was also said that 128MB sticks OC better than 256MB.
Lately I see more people posting who have also OC the 8 device to 133+FSB successfully, so now I don't know if it matters.
I do think the best chance for 133+ FSB is to buy Samsung brand (PCB/mem device) as opposed to another brand with Samsung chips.
One thing to consider is that the higher density (less devices) Rdram does have a lower latency than the lower density, according to the specs on the Samsung site. Whether this would result in an actual performance gain/loss at these speeds is debatable.
