can someone tell me how to get rid of the pink highlight and text bubbles as well as the grey margin? i know it has to do with some kind of macro for the template, i just can't remember how to get rid of it.

View > Markup

(Or whatever the stupid 2010 equivalent is - they probably moved it to be under the save as menu.)

Or in the Review tab you can click Show Markup and turn off comments, if you need track changes on.

Or click balloons and select "show all revisions inline."

Changing the markup view like BornStar suggested preserves the comments, just hides them. So if you want to completely remove those (like if you're sending to someone outside and you don't want them to see the comments) be sure to right click/delete each comment or use the review tab to delete all the comments at once.

Yup, I eventually figured that out after I saved it and opened it back up to make sure it was gone before I emailed it to someone to review.

Thanks again guys :)
