Calling all late nighters for help

here This is a a very polished and very reworked Nebula in photoshop I made for a school, only original parts are the stars in the background and the yellow/white junk in the middle, now I need some way to relate this to the internet and web design department and not sure which route to take since its 5am...

Warning, massive file (original is ~750mb).

Any help appreciated.
