There isn't much point, when a 1.8v 256MB stick of DDR2 is less than $20.

I have Patriot PC6400 memory rated at 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V. The board boots fine at 1.8V and even runs this ram stable at 1.8V with DDR800 4-4-4-12. I leave it at 1.8V instead of using +.3V for 2.1V.
