Calling all fatal exception wizards, I need help badly!

I keep getting a BSOD on boot up with a message about a fatal exception 0D at 0337:0000049F could someone who knows what this means PLEEEEEASE help me out. If you need more info let me know.

If I remember right fatal exception errors are related to memory problems. Do you have one you can swap out? Or if you have 2 sticks or more try swaping out boards.
