EDIT: New info

IDLE: 27C CPU, 40C mobo with low fan settings (25, 35 high speed)
LOAD: 50 CPU, 45 Mobo low fan (48, 35 high speed)

Jumper Free
------------------------
AI OC= Manual
CPU FREQ= 350
DRAM FREQ= DDR2-700mhz

Performance Mode= Auto
PCI eXpress Freq= 110 (many people swear by it in the XtremeOC forum)
PCI clock Sync Mode= 33.33
Memory V= 2.20V
CPU Vcore= 1.550

FSB Termination V= 1.4
MCH Chipset V= 1.65
ICH Chipset V= 1.20
-------------------------
Microcode=ON
All others disabled.

Mem: 4,4,4,15,5

Some things to keep in mind are:
I have crappy value select ram so you may get tighter timings with yours.
I MAY have overvolted the n.bridge (MCH) but it's not an issue since it's not enough to cause any problems.

BTW, I lapped every heatsink in my damn rig and recommend all to do so as well. I used 350, 600, 800, 1000, and 2000 grit to do the jobs. You can get these @ Advance Auto Parts or something similar.

OLD:
So far I have gotten to 333 FSB. @ 1.45 vcore (very cool 45 load). The problem is that orthos will error on me if I do 340 fsb no matter how much voltage I throw @ it...

It's kinda off that this happens.

What settings are you using? BTW I have corsair value ram.

put more volts into MCH, ICH and FSB. Set vcore to 1.5. That will take you to 3.6 ghz.

I realized I need to overvolt to combat the voltage droop...
Doing 1.5vcore w/3.5Ghz now...still testing prime for at least a half hour.
Thanks ;-)

I know that my rig can go further since temps are pretty damn good. 35*C for mobo despite crossfire and a 100% CPU @ 45*C...

I hope I can do 3.666 @ least (1Ghz OC)

EDIT doing 3.6 with 1.56vcore

Gonna stick with 3.5 @ 1.5vcore. 3.6 gets too hot. Maybe I can squeeze 50mhz more but I gotta give it some headroom.

Thanks for the help.
IF anyone needs help feel free to PM me.

How are your load temps gersson?

And if you don't mind your bios settings?

FSB:
DRAM:
PERFORMANCE:
VDIMM:
VCORE:

SPD: Disabled
TIMING:
HYPERPATH 3: Disabled

And any other settings that might be important...thanks gersson

Thanks gersson. Mine fail at 1.5v after 10 mins of orthos blend. I'll go buy some sandpaper 2m and lap my heatsinks and try again at 1.550 adjusted for vdroop.

My board temps never rose above 40C according to software readings. Most of the time it stays below 35C even with 100% load. The reality came in after I tried some shooting (thermo-gun) around VRM area. ;)

It was like 54~57 for the hottest spots. Temps varies inch by inch on many ASICs and part of the PCB, though. I memsink'ed like crazy the whole board and put a fan blowing onto MOSFET area. My board now does 425FSB with DDR2-850 / 3-3-3. Before the active cooling I had to loosen the timing to 3-4-3.
