So I'm being sent to Dallas on business late in July.

(Yes, my company is sending me to perhaps the hottest state in the union during the hottest month of the year. Is someone trying to tell me something?)

Got any recommendations on any good places to eat? How about night entertainment? Any good bars/pubs/night life?

Fogo de Chao is the best place imo for a meat buffet. (They bring skewers to your table and keep giving you food until you burst).

It's a tad expensive (I think $45 ?), but if it goes on your business' expense...

I've actually heard of that place. Sounds great. I think it's a chain as I've seen something similar in other cities. That's going to have to be one of the places I hit.
