DVD and Divx?

Almost every video card will do that with a semi-modern CPU pushing the bits, 30FPS in 2D isn't hard to do (yes, even old 2MB PCI something-or-other). If you want an old 2MB PCI vid card, PM me, i send you one for postage costs.

For a really really cheap, cool running card with better than average support, choose AGP ATI Rage Pro Turbo, Rage Pro XL. For CS choose far newer ATI card.
