We've employed XP (to an extent) in my group. Pair programming just wasn't feasible for us for several reasons.

vi_edit: you could have noticed the "xml... microsoft office" text in that sting. that is what happens when you copy/paste something from MS WORD (specificaly word2k2) to the WYSIWYG capable FuseTalk posting/editing window.
