I just got two sticks of kingmax PC150 tiny bga RAM a few weeks ago, and am having a damn hard time getting them to even make it through POST. Everything is on the default settings, with no aggresive settings. I have bios version 3R (I know it's an old version). Anyone have problems like this and have some suggestions? Thanks in advance!
