This is why I hate teachers.
Oh wow. Now that's an insightful comment. Clearly this is something all teachers do.
I'd say it's on the same level of logic as "all Catholic priests molest little boys," so you'd think it would be welcome here.

Nope. The "Blue Wall of Silence" makes that statement true, given that an accomplice is just as guilty as the perpetrator in the eyes of the law.

And the Catholic church defending its own is any different?

What an awful case. The thread caption should really be corrected, however.

Interestingly, the Ultimate Wrestling Alliance has removed the bio for "The Teacher" from its website and posted a surprisingly sensitive commentary:

A Statement from Neil Smith
CEO and Licensed Promoter
April 30, 2006

After much soul searching, and with profound regret, I have directed our webmaster to remove all of Sam Shelton's likenesses and personal information from our Website. I made this decision because I desire to protect our loyal wrestlers and fans from any possible association, however indirect, with the tragic series of events in which Sam has been implicated. As many of you know, our commitment to wholesome family style entertainment precludes the types of information that appeared under Sam's name elsewhere on the internet, and I have verified that nothing on our Website could in any way assist law enforcement authorities with respect to the accusations against him.

We offer our prayers and deepest sympathies to the girl who was so gravely injured and we sincerely pray that she will fully recover and be able, in time, to forget the terrible experiences she has endured.

As for Sam, he will be judged by a court of law and, if found guilty of these serious crimes, will be punished accordingly. We can only pray that he will accept that punishment with humility and purity of spirit, and that he will find a way to overcome the private demons which appear to assail him.

Sincerely,
Neil Smith

Agreed it's a shame, but you should really change your caption.
