TXB has the details from Treyarch on a new 4 map pack coming in August for Call of Duty: World at War.

Fight for ocean territory in "Battery," an armored island surrounded by anti-ship mines and shore to ship cannons. Watch out for sniper fire as you defend Russia's most coveted resource in "Revolution," and keep a sharp eye out through the dense, overcast city streets in "Breach," set at Berlin's historic Brandenburg Gate. Zombies return in all their undead glory with "Der Riese" (Zombie Factory), a Nazi research facility featuring the weapon upgrading Pack-A-Punch Machine. Use the teleporters to escape in an instant and fight to the death in pursuit of the map's 10 new Achievements/Trophies.

edit: What the hell did I type in originally in the topic title? LOL "Call of Duty: W@W Map Pack 3 at night "

I don't even know WTF that means and I wrote it!

It would be cool if they just released a pack of only the zombie maps that have been released. Would be interesting to compare the interest to a map pack like that vs the other three map packs that have been released.

Well I don't really play normal MP anymore, and my buddies only play the zombies maps often. I honestly have yet to play Corrosion, Sub Pens, or Bonzai. I just got bored with WaW and I'm trying to stay away from COD so that way MW2 feel fresh when it comes out.

 +1

A couple of my friends broke down and bought the second map pack and were trying to get me to as well. No way I am paying $10 for three maps, especially when I'll only use one of them.

As good as the maps look, I swear that 99% of the time any DLC comes up in rotation, it gets voted out...so whats the point? There's the map pack only playlist, but those only include the newest maps. The first map pack is now essentially dead. And just when I was considering buying the second map pack, they announce this, which basically puts a death timer on pack 2...so why bother at all.

Too many map packs for this one. Sorry, I bought the first two, and really the second one wasn't nearly worth it.

Bungie got it right with, as of yet, just two paid map packs AND ONE FREE PACK since the release of Halo 3 nearly two years ago. Also, the Legendary pack is now 600 points instead of 800.

Add to that the fact that W@W's dogs are incredibly overpowered and generally lead me to ragequit within half an hour, and there's no way I'm spending more money on this game. I'm just glad I bought it used for $30, so I've only paid $50 total for it.

Plus all the Halo 3 maps (24 in all) are going to be included in Halo: ODST.

It's strange because COD4 sold a lot more copies. I guess IW has been busy working on Modern Warfare 2, while Treyarch doesn't really have anything to do other than reskin IW's games. Plus they have to make up for their lower sales by releasing more maps.

What they need to do for future Zombie Map Packs is have all the weapons so you can buy them!!! Let the Lazer gun be 50,000 the browning be 35,000 and the MG-42 be 45,000. The MG-42 is the better of the "Bigger Guns" b/c of the simple fact that ity takes almost 10 seconds to load the Browning!!!!!! (Unless you get the Speed Cola). Another bad thing about the New Zombie Maps is the juggernaut dosen't last as long as it did in Verruckt. Shi No Numa doesn't last as long either.
