CoD just stopped responding and gives me no servers to choose from. 🙁

I went ahead and patched up to 1.5(I was at 1.4 before) and still nothing. No firewall issues and nothing changed.

On the small chance it was a DNS issue I forced my DNS to use 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 and this made no difference either.

Help! I need my CoD fix and would really rather not re-install the game. TIA
 
Did you check your filters on the online game lists. Maybe something got checked and it's filtering all the servers to something that none of them have.
 
Just as I was about to re-install it started working again. 😕

Only thing is that now that I am running the 1.5 patch I can't play on the old 1.4 servers. That's OK though because there are more servers running the 1.5 patch but I miss my old favorite 1.4 servers. (two installs to play both?)
 
I did that for Castle Wolfenstein. Just installed to a different directory and patched to older version. If i remember right it worked like a champ
