Well, it depends on the game. CoD isn't the type of multiplayer title that you need to devote time too. It's a casual shooter. I just hop in every now and then to have some fun (I can only take so much though before it gets old).

It definitely tests your reflexes, there are some days when I'm on a roll and other days when I'm getting slaughtered. But it's not something you need to constantly devote time to in order to enjoy.

Honest-to-god, I did absolutely nothing. Those shots really were taken on High settings.

You can see for yourself if you have the game. When you're not sprinting back and forth through a bunch of explosions, stop and take a second to actually look at the game's textures. They're that bad.

Lol, those screenshots are terribad. Thanks for the laugh. After looking at those it makes me even happier that i've never invested any money into this franchise.

But you made a comparison to a battlefield game, which is historically been devoid of single player. It's meaningless to say "BF3 had a shit story, so why would you hate on MW3 and not on BF3?"
 
I enjoy playing the Single player campagain in these games.

Graphics isn't everything, but I agree, Massive budgets and this is what they provide?

Those screen shots are awesome. It literally looks like they took the Xbox 360 version, and upconverted it to 1080p for you.
 
WTF is with your settings? Yikes.

I play MW3 almost every day. It only takes 20 minutes or so to get my fill, but it's fun.

And I don't want to imply I'm special or anything but I honestly knew it was a joke thread the second I read the title. I just couldn't wait to read the "OMG R U OUT OF UR MIND!!?" responses. This forum is a bit too bright though.

(BTW, in Activision's defense...it's hard as hell to render decent foliage without there being a massive performance hit. Got to hand it to the consoles, at least they render it at 60 fps.)

To be fair, PC Gamer has become really sketchy. I stopped reading their reviews after they gave Dragon Age 2 a higher score than The Witcher 2.

But BF3 does have a single player campaign, does it not? So I dont see why it is meaningless to say MW3 had a single player campaign that I enjoyed, or that I would prefer MW3 because I am more interested in single player and the story from the 2 previous games.
