Call of Duty: Ghosts

In the MP. Maybe that was just really early after they announced the game and people were suggesting it might have. My confusion.

I hadn't heard anything about it. Personally, I hope they don't, as I like the ground skirmishes better than the vehicle based combat. Even in BF3, I really only play the CQ maps, due to just wanting to get in and shoot some people. I don't want to walk for 10 minutes across a desert just to be missiled by a jet and have to walk back. =(

That mirrors how I feel exactly. Don't get me wrong -- I love bf3, but vehicles just aren't my preferred method for playing. There are tons of bf3 maps where you just blown to bits by vehicles nonstop, and when your preferred gameplay is ground combat it isn't always fun.

That's partially why I still find a lot of fun in COD.

It would help if the tanks couldn't take 100 RPGs before they died.

I saw an article on IGN today where they said that the PC version should look the best because they're actually giving it access to higher quality assets (i.e. textures) than even the next-gen consoles are getting. Of course, you'll probably need a decent PC to do that anyway. 😛

So, that leads me to believe that the next-gen consoles should probably look decent enough as they seemed to suggest that they'll still look a lot better.

That MP game play was played on PC... and that's the highest quality.
