I believe the gender change part.

But it's clear that they milked this to the bone for money. Huge promo Vanity Fair cover, and everyone wants to see what Kylie/Kendal/Kim think about it.

Well I still don't think that in terms of the objective presentation, that the image is gross. I do think some people are layering in some other, um, perceptual filters.

Well if I didn't know I would just think that it was a masculine looking chick and a feeble attempt at a Glamour Shot.

But I know that there is a dude under all that bondo, wig etc... I do find it rather gross the things people will do for attention and money.
