I found out as I'm sure many of you already know how the Dell system works with getting deals on systems.

Well it looks like I'll get Dell to give me a deal of $680 on a 2405FPW shipped, total.

What do you think, can I do better then $680? If not let me know and I'll tell you who to talk to and how you'll get the exact same.

Actually the Dell rep sent me a email for $659.94 with free shipping so that looks about to be close or lower to this slickdeals coupon.

slickdeals always has some really... slick deals.... on dell stuff. LCD monitors are frequently there; recently saw the 1907 for $219 and the 2005 for ~$400. I dont pay attention to the bigger LCd sizes though.

Crap this person that gave me this quote is in "Home" and then "Business" said they'll only sell it at $739 shipped. Personally I think that price sucks.

Can I get away with calling Dell again and speaking to someone else in another part of the USA?

Because the rep said in her dept. they are only allowed 25%, and she confirmed with me different depts. will quote different amounts.
