So I'm sitting here at work and hear the funniest thing

We provide some IT services to the state of California government.

Something wasn't working right, so they called.

One of our tech staff is a foreigner.

He answers the phone, says "yes... yes.. I understand.. yes yes.. One second"

then puts the phone on hold, stands up and says to one of our engineers

"State of California is on the phone... Says they are getting hammered"

One of our other techs says "sweeet!"

I start signing TuPac's

"california, knows how to party... KALIFOOOORNIAAAAA, KNOWS how to parteeeeeey"
