ahh more freedom loving liberals.

According to them, a man has a constitutional right to piss in a women's bathroom.

But the 2nd amendment? nope, that does not apply.

What are you talking about? These bills have passed committee and are heading to the floor for a vote. That is exactly the criteria you are talking about.

You really have no fucking clue as to what you're talking about, do you? All of these bills are real and you can look them up for yourself right here:

My apologies then, I was assuming this was some e-mail chain forward to stir pro-2A people up and not that at least some CA Politicians have completely demonstrated they're unfit for office. Holy batshit insanity CA! Forget the trumped up Trump hysteria, you all have bigger issues out in CA, you've got Pols who are nuttier than Biden running your state. Lawdy lawdy!

Pretty rich coming from a guy coming from Chicago, the place with the strictest gun laws and some of the highest per capita gun homicide rates...

Alright gun guys I have a question what's the fear about banning non standard ammo like armor piercing? I get the idea that arguably hollow point ammo can be used for hunting but AP rounds? Do rounds that are designed to penetrate armor have any purpose other than penetrating armor?

Hollow points main use is self defense. They tend to have less penetration than a full jacketed round. One of the reasons they are meant to be self defense is because they don't go through things (people, walls, etc.) as easily. When they mushroom out they slow quite quickly. I know a few people that hunt and none use hollow points except maybe some hollow point .22.

As a Canadian I love these threads.

Seems like America still hasn't gotten the memo that nobody can get shot if nobody has a gun.

That is the impossible part.

And if they didn't have guns they use knives or bats or just throw people out of a window...

Have to be in a database if you buy ammo? Wow, just wow.

Can't own any magazine with over 10 bullets? Even they were purchased years ago? Wow. Why limit at 10? Why not just 1 or two or better yet, only allow single shot and load such as muskets.

Is this still the land of the free?

I am sure the gang bangers would fully comply. LOL.
They will stop at muskets and then limit the size of your ball pouch (that sounds horrible).

Wow, fuck that and I don't even own a gun. An ammo database wtf? And I thought CARB was the gestapo, but this really takes the cake for over regulation.

All it takes 5 supreme court justices to say that the 2nd amendment doesn't say what it says. Anybody who cares about gun rights can't vote Hillary.

We can ban boo boos as well so the kids won't need so many kisses from mommy.

none of these kids will ever need kisses from mommy again:
