Putting in the running rail is one of the latter things that gets done. They've been doing a ton of structure work in the valley.

These armchair engineers think they know everything; I'd pay real money to have them just stfu once in a while.

Not even close. They have already blown the budget on moving utility's out of the way, so everything appears to be right on track for a clusterfuck of biblical proportions.

Ironic how each side can easily see the shortcomings of the other's pet projects (climb over/tunnel over the wall, take the existing airplane service that will likely be cheaper than the vaporware HSR) and can't adjust their mindset to see the problems with their own.
