Dave incorrectly predicts another natural disaster with an insane amount of death and injuries of fellow human beings, then takes credit for calling it...
Sigh...
That's where you suck ass
Are you using the Internets right now?
Do you see that lock on the lower right when you go to a secure part of a site?
That's called RSA encryption and that is what was being tested by thousands of people all over the world using all kinds of computer configurations.
No one was doing it for "personal use". Grow a brain
He's a legend here. Especially after he was sued for supporting Team Anandtech by installing the distributed computing client as a screen saver on the school computers he administered. We rallied to his defense for years. He's also responsible for the long-running employment thread we used to have. Things like this are just silly little hiccups.
The only thing you can predict is how many Twinkies you can stuff your face with, you fat fuck.

The little lock means SSL and TSL are working. whether or not your info is encrypted, and how, is up to the handshake between you and the site you are connected to.
SSL/TSL != RSA encryption.
Dumb fuck.
Dont you have some cat5 to run somewhere and leave the important things to more qualified people?
Well, and if we humor him, there's Diablo Canyon ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diablo_Canyon_Power_Plant )right up the road from Santa Maria.i agree, Cali is due.
but i wouldn't call a 6 or a 6.5.
i'd call an 8. Swing for the bleachers.
i wonder how well-designed the backup generators at San Onofre are. that's what failed at the nuclear reactors in Japan, their "Plan B" as it were.
Baja California had a 7.2 last Easter and it was probably the biggest earthquake I've ever felt and certainly the longest. It lasted a good 20 seconds or more. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Baja_California_earthquake
Ahem...PSA:
"Cali your due for a 6 to 6.5 in next 4 weeks" is such an idiotic thing on so many levels.
First off, the grammar here sucks. Even for a thread title. If you don't know the difference between "your" and "you're" while trying to sound intelligent with your bs predicition, then please at least learn some simple 3rd grade level grammar and English.
Second, it's been about 4 weeks since your prediction. I don't recall CA getting any 6+ earthquake. Guess you are less accurate than the geologists who study this stuff are. Who would have guessed?
Third, hows that $5 gas you predicted ~4 years ago going? How about the $4 milk? Yet more of your predicitions being BS.
