Nowhere near accurate though. It says I am 29.2, however last time I had it measured I was at 20 and that was before I started hitting the gym on a regular basis.

I guess so, I don't consider myself extremely muscular, but there's not a lot of fat on me. My stomach has more fat than anywhere else, if that helps you judge.

BMI is a joke. it's designed for people that are twigs, because by its standards most atheletes would be obese.

Body fat is a better indicator if you are looking for meaningful numbers. I know what my lean body mass is, and I would need a negative fat percentage just to be overweight.

bah...25.8 @ 5'11" and ~185 lbs

like the others said, I also lift on a regular basis so this isn't accurate at all
