well actually theres some special foreign coffe you can buy thats been eaten by some critter(my minds hazy) and pooped out. its then retrieved and roasted

The taste of coffee varies with the variety (or varieties, in a blend), as well as the way it's prepared. Instant coffee will give you a jolt, but I've never found one that tastes like good fresh brewed coffee, properly made by drip method, from freshly gound beans.

it crossed my mind... but then again i rarely really desperately need the jolt... its just nice to have

If you want caffeine, you don't have to drink stuff. You can buy caffeine in tablet form very cheaply. A brand called Jet Alert is sold at Kmart and Target. It is much less expensive than "No Doz" or "Vivarin" and comes in either 100 mg or 200 mg size (100 mg is about the amount in a cup of coffee.)

I used to work in a place where all the coffee in the breakroom was decaf. I drank it and popped a Jet Alert at the same time, and presto! Re-constituted caffeinated java!

theres a caffine limit, eventually u'll just feel queezy and stuff, which doesn't help your productivity. plus, vivarin doens't taste good
