Cadogen 350W ATX PSU questions

On AMD's website it says that the Cadogen Technologies 350W ATX PSU has a "combined power" of 185. What does this mean? And is this enough to comfortably run a standard 1.2GHz Athlon system with a few extra fans (about 3-5)?

I might be buying one soon, so all advice/opinions are appreciated.

That's lower than some good 300W PS.
You can see the price of Codegen 350W from pricewatch, it's pretty cheap.
ubid has a lot Codegen case and PS, winning bid price is pretty cheap too.

I have this PS in my current system and it's pushing a 1.4 Not OC'ed. G3 video card, 2-92mm and 1-80mm fan. 56X CD, Iomega zip and a 5.1 sound card. No problems so far and the system passed it's first LAN party last weekend.
