Cadillac CTS vs. Lincoln LS

I rented an LS from Hertz for my honeymoon, the thing is really nice.. decked out 6 cd changer in dash and power everything.. Haven't check the cts yet, but it looks to "tall" for me.. if it was lower and wider it might have a shot.
 
I'll ruin the streak and go with the cadillac... their lemans project... even though they sucked... did wonders to become a little more edgy. 😀

We need more car threads people... 🙂
 
The Lincoln. My choice is mostly because I like the way it looks. I've never been in one, so for what its worth, you have my opinion.

Ditto. Haven't been in one, but I think it's a great looking car. Reminds me a lot of the Mitsubishi Diamante's late 90s body style (always liked that one) but with smoother lines.
 
My grampa almost got the V6 LS... he is 82...

It didnt make me like the car much more..

lol
 
I have a Cadillac CTs and can say is one hell of car. Perfomance wise is great...engine power is incredible. And the suspension holds...

 
CTS. My family owns one, drives nice, the only problem I have with it is that the view through the rear window is very constricting, making it annoying when you are in reverse. Unlike many, I like how it looks.

Lincoln, and what are you talking about? The LS has a 280HP V8. The CTS has a little 3.0 liter 220HP V6. Even the base LS has a 232HP V6.

The V6 in the Lincoln is a "little" 3.0L as well. And thats what I'm comparing it too.

Last years version (which is what I'm comparing it too) was WAY too sluggish. I would take last years CTS over it any day.

Why compare last years model? The CTS is a '03. The LS with the 232HP V6 is a '03 as well. Apples to apples 😀

Besides, the CTS looks like ass and the interior is sh!tty as hell. At least Ford upgraded the interior on the LS for '03 and it looks a lot better than that dog CTS. The CTS has easily got to be one of the ugliest sedans on the road (well, that's a common thing for GM).
