just started a new job, they have me on a nice Dell setup

Dual 18.4 gb 15k rpm scsi disks
1.7ghz P4 Xeon
2GB ram
ATI Fire GL2 vid card
Dell 21" (maybe only 20") Trinitron Monitor

Runs Pro/E pretty damn nicely

not really, firegl cards are not very good gaming boards. pro/E is annoying as sh!t..

i am assuming someone is a civil engineer or architect (most likely engineer)...

<---- is a mechanical engineer doing contract work in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Ion Implantation R&D is very cool.
