Cache differences between Cel2 533 & 633?

I just picked up a 633 and swapped out my 533 & fan and noticed that the caches? (small silver colored connectors) on the cpu are quite different. The 633 has quite a few more. Any answers to my curiosity. I asssumed the celerons were all the same. I also have a 566 coming and will look at it too. They all overclock very well.

The 633 is probably a newer stepping cpu. Probably cC0 instead of cB0?
