Cabling

I have a cat5 network cable entering my through the roof in the corner of my room, just above the door, and travelling in a plastic conduit down to the floor and along the wall to my PC.

I want to run a TV antenna connection into my room (to my TV and the Tuner Card in my PC) from the antenna on the roof, and I'm hoping I can run them through the same conduit. I wouldn't expect there to be any interference, since the antenna cable is Quad-shielded RG6 coax.

I dunno, I just wanted to see if anyone else has done this without problems.

Just to rephrase: Is it OK to run a network cable and an antenna cable (quad-shielded) parallel to each other for about 6 meters?
