I need a cable router that has built in IPSec VPN. The cheapest one I have seen so far is the Netopia R910. Are there any other cheaper ones?

Technically an ethernet router (you will need a cable modem) but yes it's the cheapest that will act as a VPN server (i own 1), if you want to be a VPN client you can get a Netgear rt314
