We just had cable installed and have it split for the tv and internet. I was wondering can i split the the split cable again?
 
You might just want to add a triple splitter instead of splitting it and then splitting it again. I say this because your cable internet is more sensitive to signal loss then your regular cable is. If you have hd cable service then that is also sensitive to it. If you are not sure which spliiter to use because quality in these does affect your signal strength so just call your cable company.
