Your question should be which is better for you. Are both available where you are, and what are the companies track record in your area. Pricing a factor?

As far as generalizing, just check to see which has the highest maximum bandwidth and you can say that, that one is better.

and someone correct me if I'm wrong here but ADSL is up 1 speed and down another and SDSL is up and down the same speed, which is generally better.
