Cable management tips?

Anyone have any general tips for cable management and the like, relating to my case and components specifically? Note I do not want to do (nor posses the tools to be able to) do any dremelling, drilling, etc. Just good ol' tips and opinions please! 🙂

zip ties are your best friend. Use the corners + crevices. Your enermax liberty is modular... should make things easier. Like galvanized said, go to cases and cooling. It's the first thread.
 
Maybe it just me, but I don?t think the cabling is that bad. I have seen better and there is definitely room for improvement but I also have seen much worse. You seem to have a bunch of 5.5 bays free and you can run some of that extra cable in there and tie it up, which would clean your system up a bit, but it really isn?t that bad now.

Indeed. If the opposite side panel was removable, I could just shove some of that unused cable down that side.

Yep, the sad thing is that it doesn't even help that much that it's modular. Each cable has 2 x molex and 2 x SATA connectors. I need one cable for the molex power connector and floppy power connector on my Ultra-D mobo, and another molex for the rear fan. That leaves 2 SATA cables doing nothing. Same with the HDD - one molex is being used, another for the lights at the front of my case, with 2 SATAs being unused. And with the ODD - a molex used, one molex and 2 SATAs spare. So it being modular is kinda a moot point, at least for me.

:Q my rounded IDE cable are bent all over the place at acute angles, folded, twisted etc. I have not yet seen a problem... will I?

Thanks, yeah it's not that bad, but could always be better as you said!
 
Hi, The best advice I can think of is to go to Pep Boys or any good automotive parts store, and pick up some SPIRAL WRAP in any color you like. No need to remove any connectors. The job can be done in about 10 - 15 minutes.
