which company or companies provide cable internet access in the pennsylvania, especially the Harrisburg & Mechanicsburg regions? and how much does it go for?

Comcast has a big presence in PA.
I don't know about Harrisburg area but we've got Comcast in Pittsburgh region.
Besides Comcast, there are some other cable ISPs that provide comercial cable access as well, such as Armstrong.

I used to live in Lancaster County and it was just Comcast.

I think thier current special is free modem, $75 rebate, 19.99/month for 6 months.
